U.K. firm Addleshaw Goddard has hired a Hong Kong partner from Goodwin Procter.
Prior to joining the firm, corporate partner Andrew Yang worked in the Hong Kong office of Boston-based Goodwin. He advises private equity firms, companies and other financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity capital markets deals.
