Hogan Lovells has expanded its Australian offering by hiring a longtime Clayton Utz partner.
Corporate lawyer Matthew Johnson will be primarily based in Perth but also spend time in the firm’s Sydney office. Johnson advises on equity securities offerings, public mergers and acquisitions and listing-related regulatory matters. In April, he represented Australian miner Wolf Minerals Ltd. on a $31 million equity placement to private equity firm Resource Capital.
