India is moving forward on establishing legal protection for good samaritans in traffic accidents, thanks in part to assistance from the U.S. law firm Dechert.
Last week, southern India’s Karnataka, where the high-tech hub Bengaluru is located, became the first state to put forward a Good Samaritan bill before the state legislature.
