Longtime Shearman & Sterling Hong Kong counsel Wayne Lee has joined the Magic Circle firm’s China corporate practice. In 2013, Lee advised Chinese internet company Sina Corp. on a $586 million investment from Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. into its social media subsidiary Weibo Corp.
