Sullivan & Cromwell has relocated Jamieson Logie, the former head of projects for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, from London to Hong Kong to head up the practice for Asia.

Logie advises developers, borrowers and lenders on projects in the oil and gas, mining and metals, power and infrastructure industries. Last year, Logie acted for Chevron Corp.’s Kazakhstan joint venture Tengizchevroil on a $16 billion multisource financing to fund two of the company’s upstream oil projects. In 2012, he also advised Australia Pacific LNG, a joint venture among ConocoPhillips Co., Origin Energy Ltd. and Sinopec Corp., on an $8.5 billion financing for a gas-to-liquefied natural gas project in Australia.
