Mayer Brown JSM has hired a private equity partner in Hong Kong.
Robert Woll joins from local firm Deacons, where he was a partner advising private equity funds on fund formation and investment management matters. In 2015, he represented Hong Kong-based Sino-Rock Investment Management on its participation in a $1.2 billion financing round for Uber Technologies’ China operations.
