K&L Gates has hired an energy and infrastructure partner in Tokyo.
Eric Sedlak joins from Jones Day where he was of counsel, specializing in financing and mergers and acquisitions in the energy, transportation and real estate sectors in Japan and Southeast Asia. In 2014, he led the team representing Japanese food company Ajinomoto Co. Inc. on an $800 million acquisition of Houston-based frozen food maker Windsor Quality Holdings.
