How to Use This Program to Manage Your Project
Yes, each client and situation is unique. Lean Law offers the methods and structure to apply legal skills to a given problem.
Thank you for sharing!
Lean Law is applicable by any competent lawyer to any legal project. It is adaptable and scalable, but the foundation is always the lawyer’s talent. I cannot stress this enough. In my daily work in private practice, I encounter so many gifted lawyers who are imbued with extraordinary skills and levels of expertise. Lean Law is no substitute for raw talent. Nothing is. What it can do is offer a lawyer some methods with which to apply their abilities. Taking the lawyer’s expertise as the base, Lean Law offers a way to set up and manage any assignment as a project. The lawyer just creates a structure into which any legal assignment can be placed.
Lean Law is not a ready-made process for every project. How could it be? But it will help you create a process for every project, and for every stage of it. Each client and situation is unique, and so each project calls for a solution. That’s why the talent of the lawyer is always central. Lean Law offers a set of individual but connected methods to help best apply this talent.
