We’re airborne, great, now what? If you’ve ever had that feeling at the start of a legal assignment, you’re not alone. It’s a question you may face at any random moment, but most likely when you need to update the client. If you’ve previously used Lean Adviser to create a project plan and get client buy in, then this’ll be pretty easy to answer. If you haven’t, it won’t.

It’s hard to imagine anything clients hate more than being blind-sided. So, let’s not do it.
