Many OCGs focus on administration, time and billing. Firms struggle with those, and now tech vendors have popped up to help them comply. Then some OCGs go further and get at service delivery issues. The most service focused set of OCGs is the Lean Law template. This clearly and succinctly describes the client service standards to which firms should aspire if they want repeat business.
