TLT has re-elected senior partner Andrew Glynn for a second three-year term, after running unopposed for the position.

Real estate partner Glynn was first elected to the role in 2015. He chairs the firm's remuneration and promotions committees as part of the position.

He will remain a fee-earning partner in the real estate group and also continue to co-lead the firm's public sector team.

Glynn said: "I'm looking forward to continuing to play a part in the future growth and transformation of the firm. Importantly, how we improve our performance with regards our impact on and support for the wider communities within which we work. Also how, as an employer, we attract, support and retain talent from a much wider community."

Managing partner David Pester added: "Andrew's continued role as senior partner ensures stability at a time of change in the sector and challenges in the broader economy. His focus on driving forward our CSR strategy and approach will be a core part of building a sustainable business for our people and our clients over the long term."

TLT reached record revenues in the most recent financial year, breaking the £80m mark in 2017-18. It expanded last autumn with the acquisition of Glasgow commercial real estate firm Leslie Wolfson & Co in October.
