Fieldfisher corporate partner takes role for first time while Browne Jacobson names first female in the post

Fieldfisher has elected corporate partner David Wilkinson as its new senior partner to replace current post-holder Michael Lohn.
Wilkinson went head to head with real estate head Anthony Phillips to succeed Lohn, with his three-year term to take effect from 1 May.
Wilkinson became a partner in 1999, having joined the firm nine years earlier as a trainee. His key deals include advising Rangers FC on its flotation and acting on Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov's purchase of a stake in Arsenal FC.
