Jones Day private equity stalwart resigns for Latham

Jones Day City private equity partner Neil Ferguson has resigned from the firm to join US rival Latham & Watkins, according to three people familiar with the matter.
Ferguson joined legacy firm Gouldens in 1996, which later merged with Jones Day to form the US firm's London base.
