Eversheds Sutherland, Pinsent Masons and Ashurst have all won roles as Japan's biggest housebuilder Sekisui House enters the U.K. market.

Sekisui House builds homes in factories and then ships them out to sites.

The company has invested £55 million into British regeneration outfit Urban Splash to enter the joint venture, which is also backed by U.K. Government body Homes England.

Homes England has invested £30 million into the deal, which will see "thousands of new homes across England", according to a U.K. Government statement.

Ashurst is advising Sekisui House, with its team led by U.K.-based corporate partner Hiroyuki Iwamura and real estate partner Jamie Chapman.

Eversheds Sutherland is advising Urban Splash, with corporate partner Alistair Cree and real estate partner Daniel Walsh leading the firm's team. The firm's real estate team was recently reappointed to property development company Segro's reviewed legal panel.

Pinsents is advising Homes England. Its team acting on the deal is led by property partner Scot Morrison and corporate legal director Graeme Fyfe.
