Fraser moves to Freehills Vietnam

Australian firm Freehills has hired the former head of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer's Vietnamese office, Mark Fraser, as a partner. Fraser had been in Ho Chi Minh City since 1995 with Freshfields, until his resignation in January. The infrastructure specialist will work on the growing number of US-led projects in Vietnam.
