Former UnitedLex Exec Named President of Kroll Ontrack
Mark Williams led the assessment and implementation of a new business venture for legal outsourcing at UnitedLex.

On the heels of filing for bankruptcy protection in a Delaware court with its parent company, Kroll announced on April 27 that Mark Williams has been named president of Kroll Ontrack. Most recently, Williams served as executive vice president of legal services for UnitedLex Corp. where he led the assessment and implementation of a new business venture for legal outsourcing.
Over the last several months, Kroll has been strengthening its leadership team across practice groups to enhance its capabilities and Williams is a natural fit for the role of president, said Manny Conti, CEO of Kroll, in a statement announcing the hire.
“With his proven business acumen and global experience, Mark is a natural fit to join our team,” Conti said. “I look forward to working with him to further Kroll Ontrack's history as a market leader in the legal technologies and data recovery markets by continuing to deliver new and innovative technology enabled services.”

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
