Among the leaders Gartner Inc. identified in its 2015 Magic Quadrant for E-Discovery Software report, Recommind Inc. has received the nod for the fourth year in a row. It’s a matter of remaining customer focused, and maintaining harmony between innovation and usability, said Dean Gonsowski, the company’s global head of information governance.

“I think if you’re going to be in the leader’s quadrant, you’ve got the difficult dance of innovating. The more you innovate the more you open yourself up to risk, taking chances in different deployment formats, things like that. If you’re innovating you’re disruptive, and if you’re disruptive it’s not always easy to keep everyone happy and execute well. If you look at where Recommind is in the quadrant, I think it’s fair to say that we’ve done a really good job balancing innovation while keeping the trains running on time,” Gonsowski said in an interview with Legaltech News.
