Captorra, a case intake application provider to law firms, announced the release of Captorra 2015 with enhancements to help firms manage, track and convert leads.
Web-based case intake from Captorra was initially designed for a number of specific legal practice areas, such as personal injury and mass torts practices. Customer demand has expanded the offering into a customizable intake system. Captorra provides example scripts for intake requirements in practice areas, such as health care and medical injuries; it also provides standard reports for new leads, regional based leads, etc.
The latest features in Captorra 2015 include a lead management module with automated email and text messaging drip campaigns, which allow users to send a series of timed messages to recipients. The 2015 version integrates with e-sign services that give users the ability to sign up new clients on their initial call to the firm. Other features include:
- Support for touch-screens;
- The ability to track all incoming and outgoing referrals; and
- Added integration support with case management systems, chat providers, after-hours call centers and third-party lead providers.
With the 2015 release, Captorra also unveiled a version of the application for small firms that supports a short time frame to implement.
