There are many technology solutions that help businesses to stay compliant.. Automated solutions in particular can aid business operations and reduce costs while improving efficiency. IntelliChief — a maker of document and workflow management solutions — has released a new product this week that targets organizations looking to improve business modeling and enhance workforce optimization.
IntelliChief's Workflow System Designer provides business process mapping capability and enables users to customize their document and content workflow navigation. The company noticed some specific needs and gaps in business processes that led it to the production and release of this solution, reliable capability to capture documentation for one.
Speaking to Legaltech News, Tim Nissen said,”In both firm and corporate counsel environments, lacking reliable capability to capture all documentation in all formats, validating and updating with related ERP-residing information, and incorporating it into the organization's processes workflow is a costly gap. We notice this frequently with contracts management, and other multi-departmental involvement instances.”
