Predictive coding and mobile device discovery in governmental cases is growing, and the trend doesn’t look to be stopping any time soon, says a recent survey from Deloitte.
Deloitte’s ninth annual “Benchmarking Study of Electronic Discovery Practices for Government Agencies” found that 27 percent of the 149 survey government professionals used predictive coding in at least one case in 2015, up from 23 percent in 2014 and just 6 percent in 2012.
