Discovery and data management company Xact Data Discovery (XDD) has had success offering kCura's Relativity software, even achieving a “Best in Service” nomination in the Legaltech Innovation Awards. Building off of that success, XDD has decided to expand on its Relativity offering in the form of multi-tenant deployment.

XDD has announced that it will begin serving multiple enterprise customers in a single Relativity deployment, for those partners running Relativity 9.1 or higher. The change allows customers to utilize the same front-end control that comes with a single Relativity employment, but with the benefit of cost savings from a shared employment that XDD hosts.

“We have been approached by certain clients that would like a private deployment of Relativity but require the need to maintain the same technical support Xact provides on our individual database solution,” said Nick Reizen, CEDS and vice president of electronic discovery with XDD, to Legaltech News. “The tenant gains certain luxuries of ownership of Relativity and assumes the XDD support team that they have grown accustomed to working with.”
