Have you worked on e-discovery? Then you’ve probably had something go wrong with e-discovery. As a complicated multi-step process dealing with large data sets, it make sense that something could go wrong. However, that doesn’t mean that e-discovery experts should throw up their hands; real world examples can provide a roadmap for avoiding sticky discovery situations.

George Socha, EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model ) co-founder and president of Socha Consulting, and Michael Boggs, director of practice support at Holland & Hart, aimed to provide those practical examples ILTACON 2015 in Las Vegas. The duo moderated the “20 E-Discovery Warnings in 60 Minutes” panel, which featured ten different speakers providing two warnings a piece to the full room at Caesar’s Palace.
