New Training Program Leads to Certification on Ringtail E-discovery Software
The online program explains how to apply analytics workflows and visual document review.

FTI Technology is offering a new certification and training program for users of its Ringtail e-discovery software. It includes comprehensive instruction so those involved in e-discovery can improve related skills and knowledge. It explains, too, how to apply analytics workflows and visual document review.
“This is a new online program that makes it easier for e-discovery professionals to learn and master a variety of key features and workflow in the … Ringtail legal review software,” JR Jenkins, senior director at FTI Technology, told Legaltech News.
It is targeted for use by e-discovery professionals at corporations, law firms and government agencies. They can “develop or refine their skills across a number of best practices, including advanced workflow and using analytics to accelerate legal review,” Jenkins said. The online program lets users take part in the training program at their own pace.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
