Hyperion Global Partners, a technology consulting firm for the legal sector, has been named on Inc.'s 5000 list of the fastest-growing U.S. private companies.
Now in its sixth year of operation, Hyperion reached 121 percent year-over-year growth in 2015, with the firm ranked 2,931 on the Inc. list. It was 253 among Texas private businesses, and has a focus on legal operations and practice management.
Hyperion, which provides business and tech consulting to the legal sector, such as the Am Law 250 law firms and Global 1000 legal departments, places a major focus on innovation.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The action, filed Oct. 7 in New York Southern District Court by the Brown Law Firm, accuses the company's directors and/or officers of falsely expressing confidence in the company’s restructuring of its sales incentive plan and downplaying the severity of decreases in its upfront commitments.
