In an attempt to foster creativity and accommodate growth, e-discovery legal review software provider iCONECT has moved operations to a newly-renovated industrial building.

Originally built in 1894 as the “London Street Railway Power Plant,” the space contains massive windows and exposed brick walls. Once a bay where buses were repaired, the high ceilings and exposed ductwork lend the space for the Ontario-based warehouse/startup, a look commonplace in tech hubs like Silicon Valley. Company officials said in a statement that the ample space amid the open floor layout will encourage “collaborative work and relaxation that iCONECT’s current and future staff of millennials and gen Xers alike will appreciate.”
