Cognition is now offering a contract management tool called Aftersign, allowing businesses to retrieve relevant contracts easily and avoid missing renewals or other key dates.
Basically, the tool looks to help manage the entire contract process—from assisting clients in selecting data to load into the system to loading any new agreements. In addition, it provides reports based on clients’ needs, as well as reminds users of deadlines or termination dates.
