As the e-discovery space continues to mature, some of the most successful players in the market have positioned themselves at the center of what has grown into a massive ecosystem.

At the nucleus of that ecosystem is kCura, the developer of the widely used e-discovery platform, Relativity, says Dean Gonsowski, who was recently minted as vice president of business development of the Chicago-based company. The former head of business development at Recommind and a 20-year industry veteran, Gonsowski has been around long enough to have witnessed the early days of e-discovery and now sees it finally settle into a place where only the fittest have survived.
