Today, Dec. 1, might be best known as being the birthdays of celebrities like Woody Allen and Bette Midler. But for the technology and legal communities Dec. 1 is also E-Discovery Day.
Today marks the first observance of the industry-wide initiative to promote e-discovery awareness and education, organizers say.
It will include numerous webcasts which explain recent e-discovery trends, current e-discovery best practices and related topics.
