The realization that all companies will inevitably experience a data breach at some point exposes the need for a strong communication strategy to preserve a company's reputation. More than 70 percent of global organizations are expected to experience a breach in the next three years.
Is it therefore essential for companies to understand the latest issues and trends that impact the PR/legal dynamic in a crisis? Should crisis managers better understand the dynamics in protecting reputational assets during a crisis through crisis communication? How about understanding how stakeholders will react to a crisis and how people will react to crisis response?
These questions and more will be answered at ALM's interdisciplinary cyberSecure event, which will be held Dec. 15-16 at the Sheraton Times Square in New York City. The discussions will focus on critical issues challenging today's businesses by providing a multidisciplinary view of the key issues and trends, while uniting business leaders and the entire risk management team.
