The e-discovery market seems to be changing by the day, as companies come together to expand their reach and alter the ways they serve the legal market. Next up to bat on the field of change is Inspired Review, as the document review firm announced on Jan.19 that it has fellow document review firm Review Less.

The move could benefit both companies from a technology and client service standpoint. According to a release announcing the acquisition, Inspired Review will add to its toolbox Review Less' metrics-based staffing doc review approach, a proprietary doc review testing site, TAR expertise, and “the exclusive ability nationally to have a highly secure, virtual e-discovery infrastructure.” Meanwhile, the move enables Review Less to continue validating remote review, providing clients with more traditional review than it has before, and utilizing Inspired Review's network of secure facilities for the review process.

Michael Dalewitz, founder and CEO of Inspired Review, discussed with Legaltech News how both companies have “similar philosophies” when it comes to document review testing and “metrics tracking as a means of attorney selection for our matters.”
