The latest in a recent trend of investments pouring into legal technology, e-discovery company Ipro Tech has announced that it has received a substantial investment from technology private equity firm ParkerGale Capital. The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Ipro said the deal will allow the company to have “increased investment across all departments,” according to a press release announcing the deal. Ipro also plans to use the investment to increase functionality for its Automated Digital Discovery workflow platform (ADD), as well as help the company make its own “targeted acquisitions.”

Originally founded in 1989, Ipro currently offers workflow platform ADD, Ipro Cloud, review software Eclipse and Eclipse SE, and a suite of processing and scanning solutions. The company also provides professional services, training and certification services, the yearly Ipro Innovations conference in Arizona.
