On June 8, LexisNexis Legal & Professional announced that it has acquired Ravel Law, the legal research, analytics and visualization platform. Through the acquisition, LexisNexis plans on integrating Ravel Law into its Lexis Litigation Profile Suite and Lexis Advance platforms, offering Ravel’s judicial analytics, data visualization technology and unique case law PDF content from the Harvard Law Library.

After the acquisition, Ravel Law will continue to operate as an entity under LexisNexis out of San Francisco. No financial details of the acquisition have been announced at this time.
