Due diligence artificial intelligence software provider Luminance and data collaboration platform HighQ, both London-based companies, recently announced a product integration that will allow users to pipeline data from HighQ into Luminance for processing.

Within the integration, users will be able sync data from the HighQ platform into Luminance in real time without having to retrieve data piece by piece. “As the data room is populated, that data will automatically populate in Luminance,” Luminance CEO Emily Foges explained.

Luminance, owned in part by London-based firm Slaughter and May, launched nine months ago, and has since picked up a string of major adopters. Cravath, Swaine & Moore inked a deal with Luminance earlier this month, and Australian firm Gilbert + Tobin and Swedish firms Cederquist and Portolano Cavallo have adopted the technology as well.
