Late last week, the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) announced a shuffling of its executive team and board of directors. The changes come shortly before ILTA's 2017 ILTACON conference, one of the biggest events in the legal technology industry.

Among the changes on the executive team for ILTA are:

  • TJ Johnson as vice president of events and conferences;
  • Susan McClellan as director of membership;
  • Corey Simpson as chief technology officer; and
  • Jason Stookey as vice president of partner development.

The new board of directors, meanwhile, includes Angela Dowd, Chris Boyd, Catherine Monte, Ginevra Saylor, Kate Cain, Rick Krzyminski, and Skip Lohmeyer. This board will be seated following ILTACON.

In a statement, ILTA CEO Dan Liutikas said, “The new and existing staff of ILTA are excited and honored to be at the center of a rapidly changing industry and stand enthusiastic and eager to serve our 22,000 members and to welcome 22,000 more who may not be members yet.” Liutikas was named CEO in March, taking over for longtime CEO Randi Mayes.
