Israeli artificial intelligence-based contract review platform LawGeex announced that it had just closed a $12 million Series B funding round led by Israeli venture capital firm Aleph. The company has now raised nearly $22 million to date.

Shmuli Goldberg, LawGeex vice president of marketing, said the company had been looking into attracting a large investment round for about a year and, over that time, saw a general interest in AI technology in contract review turn into a demand.
