Predicting a heightening focus on customer relationship management, Wilson Legal Solutions has announced a merger and acquisition agreement with Stanton Allen, a primarily UK-based services provider that counts a number of law firms among its clientele.

Announced May 17, the merger’s terms are expected to be finalized this week. Financial terms haven’t been publicly disclosed, but Wilson Legal Solutions vice president of strategy Norm Mullock told Legaltech News that Stanton Allen is “becoming part and parcel of Wilson,” and Stanton’s leadership will assume similar roles under the new entity.
