AI contract review and analytics provider Seal Software announced it has secured a $30 million investment from venture capital firm Toba Capital, its principal investor,  to continue its growth and product development. The investment comes as multiple VC and law firm investors have moved to purchase equity in legal technology providers.

Ulf Zetterberg, co-founder and CEO of Seal Software said  the funding will be used enhance the Seal Software platform and further develop its AI engine, as well as support the company’s worldwide expansion. He noted that Seal Software recently opened new offices in Egypt and Germany “and we also look to open offices in the Asia Pacific region in this year as well.”
