The good news for law firms and legal departments tired of managing their request for proposals (RFPs) on spreadsheets is that there’s a very real emerging marketplace for RFP software and solutions that can automate some of that process.

However, that market likely won’t mature overnight. Instead, it may rely on corporate legal departments eager to reduce outside spend dragging their law firm partners along in the gradual adoption of RFP solutions.
