There's no getting away from it—millennials are here to stay in the legal industry. In fact, legal's baby boomers may soon find themselves vastly outnumbered. "In 10 years our office will be staffed by 75% millennials. That means that millennials will be running the majority of all of our offices," said Patrick Palace of Palace Law. The transition leading up to that point may not be a particularly smooth one, especially since millennials have their own unique desires and style of working that can fly directly in the face of the way law firms have been conducting business for years.
