Today, Innovative Discovery announced it has acquired information governance consultancy Integro, becoming the latest e-discovery provider to leverage M&A to achieve an end-to-end offering that services both sides of EDRM.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. A press release announcing the acquisition noted that in the immediate future, Innovative Discovery and Integro will continue as two separate brands as they work to assimilate as one entity under the Innovative Discovery name.
