Legal operations may be on the edge of a giant leap forward, but first it has to get its house in order. A new 2020 Legal Operations Survey that was released Wednesday by Deloitte indicates that departments may still be operating somewhere between "foundational" and "advanced" on the legal ops maturity scale.
