On the heels of a major investment from Carrick Capital Partners, legal service provider Factor announced it added retired Deloitte vice chair Carol Lindstrom to its board of directors. Lindstrom is the latest Big Four alumnus to join Factor’s corporate ranks.
Lindstrom built and led Deloitte’s technology consulting practice for 25 years, where she advised Deloitte corporate clients on purchasing and implementing technology. She said she accepted Factor’s offer to join its board despite not previously working in legal services because she was impressed by Factor’s leadership team and “the knowledge of what they’re trying to do in the legal space and in attracting talent [to Factor].”
