Wilson Allen has long provided law firms with consultancy and software services. But now it's looking toward an area that's becoming increasingly necessary in the current tech-enabled world—training. Today, the company announced it has acquired Capensys, a technology training provider for law firms and corporate legal departments in the U.S., Canada, the U.K. and Australia.
