Japan’s Nishimura & Asahi has become the first Asian law firm to invest in global legaltech platform Reynen Court.

The Tokyo-based firm now join Clifford Chance, Latham & Watkins and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in funding Reynen Court which aims to build a secure app store-like platform to host law firms’ and in-house legal teams’ technology applications. Its website now lists over 90 applications from external vendors.
