So far, 2021 isn’t lacking in legal tech M&A activity. Relativity announced Wednesday that it has acquired the data management software company VerQu for an undisclosed sum.

Based in New Jersey, VerQu is a software platform focused on the security, monitoring and compliance-related challenges surrounding data migration, with a client base ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies across the globe.
