LexisNexis is wasting precious little time putting the “new” in New Year. Starting today, Lexis+ users will have access to a new Litigation Analytics feature that provides micro-level insights into judges’ behavior, federal district courtroom trends, and law firm and attorney performance.

Litigation Analytics look to provide simple answers to a host of questions that could impact a litigation or defense strategy. For example, how long does it take a case in Los Angeles County Superior Court to end? Or how frequently does a given judge in that district handle matters related to contracts, employment or real property?
