Some law firms are finding that the increased adoption of technology in more of their practice groups is not only sparking apprehension over job stability, but also stoking misguided expectations. Still, the "Emerging Technology Session: Modernizing Legal Practices" panel at Legalweek(year) 2021 said that leveraging technology is now a client-enforced necessity.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
