But as the firm looks to expand IntelliCase into other practice areas, it will create even higher stakes around the way the firm onboards and organizes client data.

Last week, labor and employment firm Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart launched IntelliCase, a monitoring tool focused on the firm's employment practice that allows clients to track the progress of ongoing matters and chart emerging trends for the future.

The action, filed Oct. 7 in New York Southern District Court by the Brown Law Firm, accuses the company's directors and/or officers of falsely expressing confidence in the company’s restructuring of its sales incentive plan and downplaying the severity of decreases in its upfront commitments.
