The tech adoption spurred by 2020′s sudden transition to remote working will be accelerated this year with many aiming for more workflow automation, according to a new survey from Mitratech. However, 2021 won’t be a boon for all. Legal organizations are still attempting to define new roles for alternative legal service providers (ALSPs), who may not see increased demand from clients this year.

For its “2021 Legal Trends and Predictions,” Mitratech surveyed 190 law firm and in-house attorneys, legal operations staff and other legal professionals, from December 2020 through January 2021.
