Today, HBR Consulting announced it acquired law firm IT provider Keno Kozie Associates to meet the legal market’s evolving tech demands, which increasingly require IT expertise and resources at significant scale.

HBR Consulting didn’t provide financial details for the acquisition, but Keno Kozie founder and president Barry Keno revealed talks of combining the companies began five to six years ago. Even after previously working together on client matters, it was the legal market’s recent shift that spurred Keno to consider the acquisition.
